Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the LiminaHub AgentStudio platform. By accessing or using our Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
By creating an account or using any part of the LiminaHub AgentStudio platform (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users, including consumers who discover and run agents, and publishers who create and list agents on the marketplace.
LiminaHub AgentStudio is a marketplace for autonomous AI agents. The platform allows publishers to create, list, and monetise AI agents, and allows consumers to discover, purchase, and execute those agents in a managed, sandboxed environment.
The Service includes the web storefront, agent execution runtime, no-code agent builder, workflow orchestrator, knowledge base tooling, and LLM inference routing infrastructure.
You must be at least 18 years of age and have the legal capacity to enter into a binding contract to use the Service.
You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at security@liminahub.ai if you suspect unauthorised access.
If you are accepting these Terms on behalf of a business entity, you represent that you have the authority to bind that entity to these Terms.
Publishers are solely responsible for the functionality, safety, and legality of the agents they publish. Agents must not perform malicious actions, exfiltrate user data beyond their stated scope, or violate applicable laws.
Publisher-provided agent descriptions, capability claims, and pricing information must be accurate and not misleading.
LiminaHub retains a platform commission on all revenue generated through paid agent listings. The standard commission rate is 15% of the gross transaction value. Publishers whose trailing 30-day gross revenue through the platform exceeds $5,000 qualify for a reduced 10% VIP rate, applied automatically at the start of the following billing cycle. These rates are exclusive of Stripe payment processing fees, which are non-refundable in all circumstances.
When a customer is issued a refund for a paid agent, the publisher's pending payout balance is debited by the full purchase amount plus the non-refundable payment processing fee incurred by LiminaHub (approximately $0.60 per transaction). Publishers who experience an elevated rate of refunds or chargebacks may have their monetization privileges reviewed or revoked.
Published pricing plans are immutable. To change the price of an agent, publishers must archive the existing plan and create a new one. Existing subscribers are grandfathered on their original pricing until they cancel or the publisher explicitly migrates them, as governed by the Stripe Billing contract.
Publishers who route agent inference through the LiminaHub LLM routing layer acknowledge that the corresponding LLM token costs are charged to the end customer at cost. Publishers using Bring-Your-Own-Key (BYOK) configurations bear their own LLM costs independently.
LiminaHub reserves the right to review, reject, or remove any agent listing at any time, with or without prior notice, for violations of these Terms or our Publisher Guidelines.
You must not use the Service to: (a) violate any applicable law or regulation; (b) infringe the intellectual property rights of any party; (c) transmit harmful, offensive, or illegal content; (d) attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the platform; (e) use automated bots or scrapers to abuse the Service.
When you run an agent, you authorise it to take actions on your behalf using the integrations you have connected (e.g., sending emails, posting to Slack). You are responsible for reviewing and authorising the scope of those actions. LiminaHub is not liable for the consequences of agent actions you authorise.
By connecting a third-party integration (e.g., Gmail, Slack), you grant LiminaHub and the relevant agent the minimum permissions required to perform the tasks you have authorised. You can revoke any integration at any time from your Settings page.
LiminaHub offers Creator (free) and Professional subscription tiers, alongside custom volume licensing for high-volume users. The features, limits, and pricing of each plan are described on the Pricing page and may be updated with 14 days' prior written notice for material changes.
Certain agents on the marketplace are offered at a price set by their publisher. When you purchase a paid agent — whether as a one-time payment or a recurring subscription — LiminaHub processes the transaction via Stripe and issues you an AgentLicence granting ongoing access. Your access is contingent on maintaining an active, paid licence. Failure to pay (e.g., a declined card) will result in a grace period, after which your access may be suspended or revoked.
Publishers who list paid agents on the marketplace agree that LiminaHub retains a platform commission on each transaction: 15% for standard publishers, reduced to 10% for publishers whose trailing monthly gross revenue through the platform exceeds $5,000. Commission rates are applied at the time of each transaction. LiminaHub reserves the right to adjust commission rates with 30 days' written notice.
Paid platform subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated herein or required by applicable law.
LLM inference costs are NOT included in subscription fees. If you use platform-provided LLM routing (and have not configured a Bring-Your-Own-Key provider), you will be billed separately at cost for tokens consumed. These charges are itemised on your monthly invoice. Publishers using their own LLM API key are billed directly by their chosen LLM provider — LiminaHub is not responsible for those charges.
You may cancel your subscription or an agent licence at any time. Your access to paid features will continue until the end of the current billing period. No pro-rated refunds are issued for partial periods.
Accounts with overdue balances may be suspended until outstanding amounts are cleared.
LiminaHub and its licensors own all rights, title, and interest in the Service, including all software, algorithms, trademarks, and documentation. These Terms do not grant you any ownership rights in the Service.
You retain ownership of the agents, workflows, and content you create on the platform. By publishing an agent on the marketplace, you grant LiminaHub a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to display, distribute, and execute the agent for the purpose of operating the marketplace.
Data you provide to agents (e.g., documents uploaded to a knowledge base) remains yours. Refer to our Privacy Policy for details on how this data is handled.
THE SERVICE USES GENERATIVE AI, WHICH MAY PRODUCE INACCURATE, INCOMPLETE, OR HARMFUL OUTPUTS. ALL AGENT OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND. YOU ARE SOLELY RESPONSIBLE FOR VALIDATING AGENT OUTPUTS BEFORE ACTING ON THEM.
LiminaHub does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may temporarily affect availability.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, LIMINAHUB SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE 12 MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.
You may terminate your account at any time from the Settings page. LiminaHub may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including a breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Gujarat, India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat, India, except that either party may seek injunctive relief in any court of competent jurisdiction.
We may revise these Terms from time to time. We will give you at least 14 days' notice of material changes via email or in-app notification. Your continued use of the Service after the effective date of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those Terms.
